Returning products

• Take a photo of the packaging for each product to submit your return.
• You can submit multiple returns at once in a single request.
• After receipt we check whether the products may be returned. You will be notified about this.
• Depending on the condition of the product and the time since delivery, your return may qualify for exchange or (partial) credit.
• You can send the products yourself or request a return label (€ 7.50 per complete request).
